1988-1993 As a Real Estate investor in Central valley, TriValley Santa Clara Valley, and Silicon Valley , successfully acquiring foreclosures properties and creating Joint Ventures with other private investors in the region.
1994-1997 As a Realtor member of Santa Clara Association of Realtors under a private and local Brokerage, Specialized on REO , bank owned properties, Hud properties, Corporate Owned properties and buying directly form RTC (resulotion trust corp) successfully closing them in record time and record volume that we were first approach from Fannie Mae and Fredie Mac as an exclusive buyers agency within the area.
1997-2007 As a Realtor Investor, acquiring multi-units foreclosures in San Juaquin Valley were prices were right. also working the SiliconValley and South Bay area ,taking listings and reselling them in record time.
2007-Present. As a Real Estate cycle came back with the opportunity to negotiate short sales for past clients and other agents in the industry, successfully negotiating them at a 97% success rate, continuing taking listings , selling them and negotiating them in record time as well.
