Began as a residential LO and migrated to flipping properties. Began Platinum Funding Solutions in march of 05 and incorporated in 07. Became a Commercial Correspondent last year and am currently set up with 18 National Firms, 4 International Firms, and 4 Private Money Firms. Close 5-7 Commercial transactions per month. We as a company close between 15 - 20 residential deals per month, primarily using an FHA product that has no minimum credit requirements. I close monthly approx. 3.5 - 4 Million in unsecured lines of credit for business owners.

To develop a residential portfolio of 50 Million and a Commercial portfolio of 200 Million. Build Platinum Funding up to a networth of 750 Million. Then I will sell off all assets, buy an island, and retire.
