In my own words...

I am a 29 year old builder,realtor, and investor in TX. I have been a licensed realtor for 4 years and project manager for a homebuilding company for 6 years.
I am looking for a private investor to fund the aquisition of pre foreclosures, sheriffs auctions, and other great deals I come across. I have the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize profitable deals , asses their feasablity , and complete projects on time and within budget.

Real Estate Experience

Graduated from Texas State University in 2003 with BBA in Business Management and Marketing.

Licensed Realtor in the State of Texas since 2005. Currently with Keller Williams RGV. www.jasoncanoyourkwagent.com

Project Manager for my fathers Resedential Construction Company since 2003. Have managed the construction of over twenty new homes. Responsible for entire construction process and budgets from start to finish. Work with drafters, engineers, sub contractors, city inspectors, vendors, etc on a regular basis.

Currently Seeking
