Experience

RE = Not much other than a past dabler in building and conventional RE deals. I've been a Project Manager for 25 yrs. and run multi million dollar communications infrastructure projects.

Real Estate Goals

I am looking to be a very active in all facets of investing.
I have goals to do a minimum of 1 more home this year, and 6 next year.
Ultimately wish to get into commercial RE as well and land development.

Single Family residential,
Multi-family buildings,
Probate Attorneys, Wholesalers, Hard Money Lenders.
I am trying to gain knowledge about Leveraging money.
Looking to build a stronger team and be a part of something bigger.
Also looking to friend other investors in my area (southern MD) that can learn, grow, and help each other together, while growing their own independent businesses. People that are stable in their own right, yet open and willing to working together as a small club/group (3-5).
