I have been a contractor in the past. My experience has been with painting, carpet, hardwood floors, vinyl, and basic electrical. We can do exterior painting and repairs, landscaping, priveway paving etc.
I hope be get to the point where I am flipping full time and then move into owning rentals.

Experience

I have owned a franchise painting company, during this time I gained lots of experience. We of course did interior and exterior painting. We also did things from window replacement, roofing, carpeting, hardwood refinishing, cabinets and counter top replacing.
I have done several flip projects for others and am now ready to get into it for myself.
I learned in my contractor days to build good teams and set strong goals for the team.

I have also been a Project Manager for a commercial contractor and recently a basement and crawlspace waterproofing company. They also did foundation repairs.

I believe this background will help significantly in my reaching the goals I have set for my new company.

Real Estate Goals

To start building a portfolio of houses I have flipped. I would like to eventually move into rental property. I am toting with the idea of gett my RE license too.
