I have been working for the past 24 years as a Registered Nurse. Looking forward to retiring from nursing, my wife, Malinda, and I are trying to set up a Real Estate investment business for "retirement" income. We would like to start by wholesaling deals for cash and eventually move into some buy-hold deals for building equity and Net Worth.

Have bought 4 primary residences and sold 3 and have the one rental property that was purchased in 2005.

Real Estate Goals

Wholesale initially to build cash reserves and pay off debt to improve credit ratings. Going forward 6 - 12 months we plan to start buying and holding some properties to build equity and net worth.
