Josh Paterson is a former software architect and consultant who turned his personal interest in real estate investments into a successful career comprising property ownership, property management, investment consulting, builder/developer liquidations, land acquisition, land development and new construction. Mr. Paterson currently serves as co-owner and President of a host of real estate-related companies based in Longmont, Colorado. These companies include a real estate brokerage, executive office leasing, real estate marketing company and a construction/development company.

Through years of property acquisition and investment, Mr. Paterson and Mr. Brandt developed an affinity for real estate investments in resort areas. Given the long-term economic resilience of the resort markets and the growing demand by retiring baby-boomers for second homes, they saw first-hand how resort markets provided a strong environment for real estate investment opportunities. This led the team’s acquisition of a prime parcel of land across from Colorado’s Winter Park Ski Resort in a master-planned mountainside community called Lakota at Winter Park. Mr. Paterson and Mr. Brandt together served as the developers for this parcel, known as Reserve at Lakota. They also own the construction management company serving as the exclusive builder of this $32 million luxury fractional vacation home development.

Our Goal is to acquire $500M in for-rent and multi-use project in the Denver area within the next 5 years.

We are currently seeking the funding for the development of 8 multi-use (for-rent) projects along the incoming light rail stations in Denver CO.
