I first got involved in real estate about 8
years ago. I worked as a rehab/construction/ maintenance supervisor for a Real Estate Investor who only bought apartments. He started out with houses. I got interested. I bought a book on zero down real estate. I used one of the techniques on getting somebody interested in something that was on a property before I even bought it. I sold interest in a property's potential to get the $5,000 down payment needed. I later ended up building my house on that 11 1/2 acre property. I was a slow starter though. I started working for another real estate investing company as a Project Manager for Rehab and Maintenance projects. I actually came up with an idea that boosted the company's income. I should of negotiated a profit sharing or bonus structure for my idea, because I didn't get anything out of it. I learned how to bring a house to it's highest marketable value without breaking the bank, I learned how to pull comps, I learned how to locate properties and property owner's. I slowly started buying homes and flipping them. I have also wholesaled a couple of houses from Investor to Investor for 1031 exchanges. I helped grow one of the largest Real Estate Investing Companies in Houston, Texas. I presently have Brokers, Agents, Lenders, and other Investors in my inner circle.
I am working towards providing services beneficial to all who are involved in the process of real estate investing.
