I'm a loan officer and rehabber living in Georgia. I've been in the real estate business for over 7 years now, first as a real estate appraiser and now as a loan officer.

Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 4 years.

Over the next 5 years, use the profits from my rehab sales to build enough reserves to move into purchasing and holding commercial multi family real estate.
