I am a rehabber/wholesaler in San Antonio Texas. Im interested in ideas for growth and perfecting strategies. I enjoy buying houses with no weasal clauses, all cash, directly from banks. I can buy 10 houses today all cash in the San Antonio market.

Experience

I bought and flipped my first house in 2003. I specialize in buying houses from REO brokers. Since 2003 I have purchased or wholesaled at least 40 homes for myself and other investors. All my flipping has taken in place in San Antonio, Texas.

Real Estate Goals

My daily goal is to get my private investors a safe 20% return per year.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking ideas and networking. I am also interested in lines of credit, private financing, or partners for more fix and sell projects.
