Greetings, I lIve and work in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Hobbies: hiking, travel (Thailand in Feb 12), reading, movies, and on a quest for passive cash flow from real estate.
Experience
I am a fairly new Investor. I just completed a 13 week Real Estate Coaching course by Kiyosaki where I learned some basics.
Now I'm closing on 2 cash flow rentals in the Indianapolis market.

To create winning relationships that enrich all involved using Real Estate as the vehicle.
Replace my earned income with passive income for more options in life.
