I am a geotechnical engineer by day, I enjoy carpentry work. Although I love my job, I also want to have sources of income such that I am not solely at the mercy of my employer.
Experience
I have one SFH rental. I also own the house I live in.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to acquire 10 to 20 SFH properties within the next 10 to 15 years. Quicker if possible. I am currently more interested in cash flow than appreciation and my goal is to have enough true cashflow to make a significant contribution to my income/retirement.
Currently Seeking
