I am a wholesaler in the Houston area. I've rehabbed many houses and I've owned a bunch of rentals, but wholesaling is my focus. I love making deals happen and wholesaling allows me to do what I enjoy and make great money doing it.

Experience

I've been investing in real estate since 2001. I have rehabbed approximately 100 houses, ranging from light rehabs to complete "ground up" rebuilds. I have also wholesaled over 350 houses in my 8+ year career in real estate, with most of those having been done in the last couple of years.

Real Estate Goals

To continue to wholesale 10+ houses per month and to build my rental portfolio. I also enjoy rehabbing houses, so I fully intend to rehab at least a few houses per year.

Currently Seeking

I'm always looking for more "lead valves" in order to get more deals. I am constantly learning new ways in which other investors are able to bring in leads that I'm not currently capitalizing on.
