In my own words...
Right now I'm a 23 year old college student at Jacksonville University, majoring in accounting and sports business. I believe in pursuing things you love and are passionate about. I've been hooked on learning everything possible about real estate investing for the past couple months now.
Real Estate Experience
I am fairly new to real estate investing. But the more I learn about it, the more I become hooked on improving at it. Over the last 6 months, I've attended a few seminars, read alot of articles and books, and met with Realtors and investors. The seminars taught me alot about foreclosures and how to qualify good deals and invest in REO's. The books I've read have taught me the many different types of exit strategies and in what situations I would want to use each one. And the meeting with other investors has been great for networking and learning from people at all stages of their investing careers.
Real Estate Goals
Right now my short term goals include birddogging for a seasoned investor and hopefully wholesaling a few deals in the near future.
After that I would like to get into commercial investing
Currently Seeking
Anyone who needs a birddog in the Twin Cities. Or anyone who wants to mentor.

Hey, Mike! Thanks for the add.
You should check this out. It's a little video about short sales, I thought it was worth a watch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4ZLxz6IcNE&feature=channel
