I've been doing rehab on my and my parent's personal homes for 30+ years. I just recently had an opportunity to get into investing. So far I have two homes purchased. Will begin the search for the 3rd soon.

Looking long term retirement income. Would like to have 10 or so properties to help supplement our retirement income. If it turns in to a combination of "buy, fix and hold" and "buy, fix and flip" I'm perfectly ok with that.

Guidance and mentoring. I have a very experienced RE mentor who is a family friend, but feel you can never have too many resources.
