I am the local expert (SWFL) and source of data for the current trends in foreclosures. I also have performed market metrics and product modeling for the capital markets and several private equity firms. I also am a Trainer/Speaker for the Florida Housing Coalition.

In 2003, myself and 3 other SWFL RE Investors Founded the South West Florida Real Estate Investment Assoc.

I am also veteran of the USMC and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm as an Infantryman with First Battalion Third Marines.I am from Stuart Florida. I am blessed to be married to Cristina and have 3 children.

I have invested in Real Estate since 1997. I have materially participate in almost every type of Real Estate Investment Transaction I person can. I have learned alot from the good deals, I have learned even more from the bad deals. I have the scar tissue to prove it!

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal.

Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction. My "Heroes" wear the Unform of the USA, my mentors have been those whose lives have changed the world for the better. Be they good teachers, great Doctors, Vets, hard-working scientists, engineers, realtors, lenders, store owners, single Moms/Dads, if their lives somehow improved theirs AND others', I listen carefully to all they have to say

	I agree, I moved down there in 03 and did my part. I used Hammer Construction and built semi custom homes. Average cost to build $350,000. They are selling now for $125,000 and below. If that does not motivate buyers, they are not buyers. 04:37AM on January 06, 2009 · John Andre
