I am an IT professional looking to break the 9-5 hell in the next 5 years
I am looking to do some rehabbing with a long term goal of Buy and hold.
Experience
I have only done one deal and it was just a sale, as the home was my parents. Sold it with a Contract for Deed
Real Estate Goals
I have 2 goals now.
1st is to rehab to build a cash base to allow me to work on my 2nd goal which is to buy and hold properties for the long term
Currently Seeking
SFH in the Twin Cites Metro area with at least a 60%LTV
