My company - Real Estate Investors Place - buys, rehabs and sells on Lease Purchases or Land Contracts to our specific customer - low to moderate income families who are making rent payments equal to mortgage payments.
We also work with out of state investors overseeing their projects of rehabbing to ensure that the work is being done at a competitive rate.
We work closely with our group of resources - such as the Title company, property management, contractor, etc. - to make sure the work is quality and the property is cash flowing.
We work with single family, multi family, commercial and office buildings.
We do this full time and are successful.
