Real Estate: I have always found Real Estate fascinating and have read many books, blogs and yes even some of those high priced, self proclaimed "Guru's". All this has brought me here, to BiggerPockets.
I am looking for a Mentor in the Philadelphia / Wilmington (Tri-state) area to learn Wholesaling. I also want to build a network in this community as I have found it to be open, honest and active.

Personal Background: 10 years in corporate America working hard to make others wealthy. I worked in information technologies in the credit card banking industry. Got tired of 90 hour weeks that I only got paid for 40 and small annual increases... I didn't mind the work, I just got sick of not seeing the rewards. So I went to work for myself. I have been self-employeed for the past 7 years running a million dollar a year business that lost it's lease... Owner didn't pay his taxes and property was seized. I now have plenty of time to devote to a new career path. I am looking for a mentor and or partner in wholesaling.
