I was an active licensed Realtor for about 6 years. I have been investing in real estate since 2007. I own multiple single family homes and a 3 unit apartment.

Real Estate Goals

I am striving to increase my wholesale transactions this year as well as a couple of rehabs. I would like to pay off a property in my portfolio each year for the next 5 years. I would like to complete my first wholesale transaction out of PA this year.
