I'm a new wholesaler to the Houston_Metro area. Wholesaling is what I'm focused on but rehabbing and holding to some is my next step.

Real Estate Goals

To wholesale 3 houses per month. I've been around new construction for about the last eight years and I would like to fully rehab a couple of houses by this time next year.
