I recently graduated from college in May of 2012 with a degree in business/finance. I work full-time at Paychex as a sales support rep. I plan on spending the next few years at Paychex so I can build my capital, job experience, and knowledge of real estate investing.

Experience

My father is an experienced real estate investor, and when I was 18 yrs old, I bought my first property with him. Since I graduated in May, we've bought two more properties. All together we have 6 units together. We do about 85% of the rehab work ourselves.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to become a full-time real estate investor within 2 years. Once I'm more established, I would be interested in diversifying my portfolio with flips and larger apartment complexes.

Currently Seeking

I'm looking for 2-4 family properties in certain sections of the City of Rochester. Also, I'm looking for qualified RE agents and wholesalers who are looking to work with an aggressive and self motivated investor
