I am 27 years old and currently own one duplex and one 5 unit apartment building. I am trying to learn as much as possible in hopes of increasing my portfolio with profitable properties. For my full time job, I co-own a landscape / tree service / asphalt paving company.
Experience
Currently own a duplex.
Awaiting bank approval for the short sale of a triplex.
Have attended seminars at local community college for purchasing and managing real estate investments.
Real Estate Goals
I'm looking to learn new ways to analyze potential deals and purchase properties with less than 10-20% down out of my pocket. My goal is to purchase 2 properties per year that provide positive cash flow.
