I've been studying Real Estate and Online Marketing for a while. Now I'm ready to take massive action. I found a great realtor who is experienced with REO and we're going to start looking at properties. I've picked a few areas that I want to concentrate on and will be expanding my business the more experience I get.

Experience

I was a Mortgage Broker in the 80's. Witnessed the introduction of ARM's and predicted that they would do way more HARM than good. Took about 20 years, but I rest my case.

Just begun my REI career, but I have the best partner in the world who also is my reason why. So I am ready to go.

Real Estate Goals

My immediate goal is to find a house for my girl and myself. I have made initial contact with a Realtor whose specialty is REO. I've researched the area where my girlfriend/partner lives and have found 25 properties that I am going to look at next week. I'm going to offer 40% of the current asking price and if I get any Yes answers, I'll start working on the funding or flipping.
