In my own words...
I owned an Automotive Repair shop in the SF Bay Area for 15 years and in 2005 the company my wife works for was relocating to Sacramento. So I decided to sell my business and we moved to Sacramento, so she could keep working, and yes I retired, at the age of 46. The only reason I could do that is because a year before I sold the shop I bought some commercial property in Arkansas. It is leased out to a corp. and they just signed up for another 5 years.
The first property went so well that I just bought my second property in AR. and now I'm looking for some financial advice.
