I used to negotiate short sales for Access Granted Now Inc. We serviced most of the tri-state area and Florida. I'm now looking to team up with people to take part in my own short sales as well as wholesales but would need help finding leads and some guidance from an experienced wholesaler/short sale negotiator.

Experience

I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent in New York since 2005. Worked as a short sale negotiator from 2008 to January 2010 but decided to leave the company and go out on my own.

Real Estate Goals

I'm going to become the go-to guy for wholesales and short sales in New York and do it THE RIGHT WAY and THE HONEST WAY. God willing I'll be able to really bring my company, The RGG Inc., to the forefront of New York Real Estate. I know it's a long climb but I'm at the bottom of the mountain and nothing is going to stop me from reaching the top. Cliche or corny - it's a DAMN fact.

Currently Seeking

I would really like to be under a mentor/coach who has REAL experience working with wholesales and short sales in New York or a similar market. I want to learn the ropes from scratch and not miss a single step in the process, but also avoid some unnecessary pitfalls with the help of a mentor.
