I started investing in 2007 with a few residential properties. Since then, I have been preparing to invest in commercial real estate.

I am interested in cash flowing deals that offer creative financing as well as profitable wholesale transactions.

Have completed 3 buy and hold deals. Looking to utilize my RE license to further my investing goals.
