I am an Active Realtor that knows the needs of Investors. I have gone to some of the REI clubs and have learned a lot of the lingo and what is needed. I have even gone to several seminars just to understand. I am open minded on new ventures and ideas. I try to be as creative as I can be when it comes to Real Estate.

I am also trying to invest myself a little and own one rental. I am trying to do Rehab deals since i have a lot of experience with selling and buying homes. I have sold both regular sales and foreclosures, working on some short sale deals. Always willing to partner up with other Rehabbers or investors and make a profit for all.

Experience

I have had my license for a little over a year. Since my license i have sold over 3mil in property. I have helped several investors buy properties. I bought my first rental in 2004 while i was still in the military.

Real Estate Goals

My Real Estate goals is to help investors find great deals for them. Also, to help myself invest and do deals that I want to do. There is a lot our there so we should all be able to make money by helping each other.
