Just getting started in life. Looking for first deal to get started building a good life for my young family and I.

Very little. Have been doing a lot of research of late looking for my first home. But as I learn something new everyday I realize how much there is to know and sincerely appreciate any help I can find.

I would like to have my family in our first home by March 2010. Then own 2 rental properties within 5 years.
