I have worked in different aspects of real estate for upwards of 6 years. I started working in commercial, however, my initial investing habits have been more residential oriented. I have identified a niche in Texas and have arranged some significant deals over the past couple years. I recently started a Texas based real estate investment company with a partner who lives in Texas. I'm always looking to grow and network with quality people.

Experience

My first job was at a boutique firm which specialized in short sales. I've worked as an analyst with Marcus & Millichap, and I have experience working in CMBS on wall street like transactions surrounding the defeasance industry. I currently work on niche residential investment deals out of Texas.

Build enough cash flow via real estate where my money is working for me and I'm not working as hard for my money.

I'm always looking to grow my network and partner with investors on deals. My business partner and I have built a great reputation for ourselves in our niche, and we come across great deals which require funding.
