My former career was a remodeling and building contractor, including in-depth green building.
I have also taught at the University level. A fun course called Sophie the Riveter to college women. Plus: green building, code compliance, high-wind, etc to building pros.

Have owned multi-family, rehabbed and wholesaled. Years of building experience (new and remodel) as a contractor and developer.
Real Estate Goals
1. Purchase two muli-family complexes this year.
2. Rehab one cherry-picked house per quarter.
3. Wholesale all other houses/apts that come thru our funnel.
