I am new to Real Estate Investing, and have little knowledge of it. I am currently in the Navy, and plan to get out in one year. I am becoming more and more passionate about investing the more I learn, and that is why I am here. To learn as much as I can, and network with people who share my passion.

Real Estate Goals

My long term goal is to invest in commercial real estate and set my familiy and myself up with a residual income.
Short tearm I just want to learn as much as possible about real estate and how to make good deals. I plan to start with single family homes, then move to apartment buildings.
