Private moneylenders needed to fund several SFH and MFH projects. We are new to investing and looking for short-term (6 months to 3 years) loans. The loan amounts range from 60k to 400k. These loans will be for acquisition and rehab where needed. Loans will be secured by deed and refinanced as soon as possible. Properties will have renters in place, good cash flow and good LTV ratios. Some properties may be flipped for fast income. My primary goal is MFH.
