I specialize in working with investors and but also enjoy doing my own deals. I believe the market has never been better to invest, especially Florida!. I live in the Chicago area, but focus my investing in Florida because the deals can't be beat there. My niche is developer foreclosures---reason being is they have never been lived in, and were beautiful properties selling for $250.000 2 years ago, and you can pick those same deals up for $50.000 today! Typical rents for a deal like this are $1000 a month and numerous exist strategies. I love doing deals and open to helping new investors find deals in this market and would love to share idea, tips, etc, with seasoned investors.
