In my own words...

This has been my dream since 1993. However, my fear of failure has been a paralyzing nightmare for more than a decade... I have since awakened, and now I am ready!

I am a smart, energetic woman who relates well with people from all walks of life. As a goal-oriented self starter I believe that tenacity and discipline in this trade will be the key to my success.

I have been reading various books, and logging onto websites to become familiar w/the environment in hopes that this will be an invaluable starting point for me. Nevertheless, I realize that it is just that...a starting point. I am looking for investors to assist me with various things - Tricks of the trade, funding, training...anything that will educate, prepare, create professional on-going relationships, and profits for all parties involved!

Real Estate Experience

I have worked in the leasing environment in the past. In addition, I have been educating myself in various aspects of real estate including - but not limited to - pre-foreclosure investing, short sales, forclosures, property management, etc.

Real Estate Goals

My goals for January - December 2009 are as follows:
-continue to build a network of investors who ACTUALLY are able to invest in real estate.
-purchase a buy-n-hold, renovate as needed, and lease it.
