Previously was licensed Real Estate agent in California. Originally was licensed so I could work for Trendwest selling timeshare. Last year assisted with BPO's. Currently my license is not active.

To be consistent in at least 1 type of investing.To not be tethered to a conventional 9-5 job forever. To own at least 15 investment properties for our retirement, just in case retirement plans become non existent.To give my hard working husband & father of 7 kids,(yep I said it, 7 kids, lol, 5 at home,but all supported by him) a well deserved yearly vacation or even two =)

Real Estate investor to work with in my area,that will let me shadow them/work with them & ask questions to the point of wanting to strangle me probably,tee hee. Willing to do what it takes to learn.If that means picking up your dry cleaning & "How do you like your coffee?" I'm game. Will do it all to have a walk through/partnership with first couple deals. I'm more of a hands on kinda person. As long as it is legal & ethical, I'm there!
Also looking for like minded individuals, who are currently attending local Real Estate Clubs to possibly network with.
