I moved into my home on Maui about 20 months ago. I moved in with no money down and had 271k in equity. With all my rooms rented I have a cashflow of $160.
I want to start wholesaling on Maui. I am now representing a hedge fund out of NYC and am able to use thier funds for the purchase of property
