I hold 2 duplexes, and have partners that are interested in apartment complexes. I thoroughly enjoy the real estate business and aspect of applying a set of principles and philosophy to it.

I'm young, and although wish I knew what I know now 10 years ago, it feels good to understand some of the inner-workings of business and finance (including real estate) at my age and background.

I also am an Intake Paralegal with US FORECLOSURE INSTITUTE, a company offering a solution to homeowners/investors that may want an exceptionally different and maybe even profitable conclusion to their predicament. I am always happy to refer people to 15 options they have while facing foreclosure, for free.

Real Estate Goals

I have my hands in many different projects. I think buy and hold two and flip one property this year would be pretty good. I really am most excited to have the opportunity to help homeowners as a US Foreclosure intake paralegal. We hire lawyers specifically trained to give Single Family homeowners the maximum protection and provide some of the best options for people I have seen in the last 3 years.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking "dead deals" from R.E. agents or anyone that needs some serious and professional help with a home that has a Notice Of Default or Lis Pendens. USFI can do some amazing things for people legally and financially.

I work with them, because if I needed help they are exactly who I would want helping me.

(Also considering any deals that make sense, in other words funding is a no-brainer, value is a no-brainer)
