In my own words...

I am the owner of Dream Texas Realty, a real estate brokerage in Dallas, TX. I have been flipping house for the last few years and I am ready to move up to apartments. I bought, rehabbed and sold 14 houses last year and I am ready to expand on that business model. I think I can be more successful hiring contractors and managers to maximize value on apartments rather than single family houses. My brother and father are my partners and we just bought our first 23 unit complex in October and are working on a bigger complex now.
I am looking for equity partners for 10% CAP rate apartment deals in Texas. I am generally able to find value add components that could increase the cap rate by several percentage points. I am getting my CCIM education currently so I can analyze deals better in the future.
I also have a vintage sports memorabilia business. It is a hobby, but the rare items can be 10's of thousands of dollars each. I have several one of a kind items that I buy and sell.
