Experience

I decided to get into real estate back in spring 2008. Thats when I formed my company, Myles Investments, and set out on the golden road of real estate investing. Along the way Ive made some mistakes, but luckily Ive had more ups than downs. Im definitely glad I made the leap, and if I trip up from time to time, hopefully all of my falls will be forward.

Real Estate Goals

Right now were fixing & flipping REOs to first time home buyers. And turning their dreams of owning a home into a reality. Just trying to better the Kansas City community one property at a time. We do top notch rehabs, and take trashy to classy. Thats the plan for now, but Im always open to bigger and better ideas..thats why Im here.

Currently Seeking

Currently Im looking to grow my business and do more and more deals. Im looking for private money investors and anyone that wants to partner on deals in the KC area.
