I started real estate investing since June 2009. I finally completed two real estate deals recently and I am looking for more deals.

For short term goal, I would like to achieve $2500 a month passive income within year 2012.

For middle term goal, I would like to achieve $10,000 a month passive income within 5 years.

For long term goal, I would like to achieve at least $100,000 a month passive income by the end of 10th years.

- Looking for Investment property leads
- Partner that we can invest together or have great cashflow deal with small or no money down
