I started investing in Real Estate in the late 70's in New York. In the early 90's I went into the mortgage business. I've been in the mortgage industry for 25 years now and in the last five years have been involved in forclosures, modifications and selling restructured deed trusts and any ethical and profitable business related to Real Estate and Real Estate Financing. I have been in Southern California for the last five years and have excellent contacts on the East Coast as well as California.
My current goal is to establish relationships with more investors that fund, manage and control mortgage pools and portfolios and to help keep qualified homeowners that have fell on hard times or got into the wrong loan by negotiating and purchasing their notes and restructuring, not only their note but, the homeowner as well.
We are currently seeking investors, lenders and pool managers to work with who will fund, manage and own 100% of the portfolio. We have thousands of qualified clients and select properties and again the investor would own 100% of the pool and the income it produces. This is an excellent opportunity for a company or investor that can fund the notes as we purchase them. We have already created 12.5m and we are now looking for 10m to 50m of funding.
