I have been a real estate agent in the metro Atlanta area since 2004. Currently I am seeking to grow my list of investor contacts. Specifically I would like to network with investors that have the funding to purchase great deals, but they have a need for a rehab "team" to complete the property repairs. I'm currently working with contractors that can produce quality results. Ultimately I would like to provide the service of Project Management to oversee property renovations. This includes the responsibility of being present on the jobsite to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and cost effective manner. I look forward to networking with investors or any potential buyer seeking to purchase property.
