I am an active RE agent in Vegas and California. I also have a Property Preservation company that handles REO's for numerous lenders. My company has performed over 240 preservations in the past 5 months. I do have a finger in the pie of all these homes. Lets make some deals.
My goals are to either form or join a high powered group of like minded individuals who walk the walk and talk the talk. I am tired of talking with all these millionares who leave whrn it's time to pay for the coffee.

Tell me more please about your business? Your an agent working for Remax? broker, is that correct? I was hoping to generate new clients from this site. How has that worked for you? about our market here, Short sales do work, its just hard negotiating with the banks and making sure you do miss a single deadline. I know that investors are having alot of struggles because of the feds tighting up on investment loans, but we can go out of the us for that now. With all of the forclosures, no one seems to be thinking the the displaced homeowners need a place to live. Renting singles and mulitables is the way to go I think. The displaced will stay until the can afford to buy again, and thats great for us the agents if we do our jobs and keep them up to date on the real estate market. Dont you agree?
