I am a local Realtor and have had a pretty successful run at that, thus far. Truthfully my main line of work is as a musician, and I work a high-profile show here in Las Vegas. My goal is to start a group with 4 other friends of mine in the music business and begin investing in local properties as rentals. I look forward to becoming an active member in this great community.

Experience

I have been a Realtor in the greater Las Vegas area for a little over 2 years now. Since then, I have done fairly well as a buyer's agent and have built a strong SOI.

Real Estate Goals

My plan is to build a portfolio of several SFRs out here in Las Vegas and hold them as rental properties. I plan to work with 4 other close friends on this and develop a system and strategy based off of my own knowledge of real estate, their knowledge of banking, and the information of the wise and experienced sages of this forum.

Currently Seeking

I'm always down to be the Realtor for anyone looking to invest out here ;) Honestly, though, I'm seeking knowledge more than anything. I want to make sure we do this right and that we're not wasting our time or money.
