Greetings, I am a newbie to this site. I have a burning question to ask however, and I am not quite sure how to get this posted to the site. Hopefully, this is the right way to go about it. I have found the perfect investment property. My goal is to use it as a rental. My only concern is that it is next door, and diagonally across the street from two small apartment buildings. They seem to be well-maintained building. My question is, how will those apartment buildings affect this house as a rental. Will they increase the likelyhood of renting it out because this is a "rental" area, or will they decrease the likelyhood of renting because "no one wants to live next door to a 2-story apt building"?
