Experience

I have been a Real Estate Agent in Maryland for almost 5 years now. I deal with all types of properties from $5,000-$5,000,000. I negotiate with banks to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. I currently wholesale properties, from lot & land to mobile homes to mansions. I also do eviction processing and clean-outs for my clients, as well as property staging. I love this business.

Real Estate Goals

I'm venturing into the investment side of the business. I plan to do 2-3 rehabs per year. I am in constant contact with local seasoned investors and I absorb as much of their knowledge as I can. I can honestly say I am learning from the best and I am always looking to connect with other people with a similar passion for the industry.

Currently Seeking

I am always seeking private sources of funding, including hard money and IRA's. I need access to up to $100k with a 12% interest rate for 12 months and up to 3 points with no liens and no credit checks. Strictly business, numbers and straight-forward deals.
