I have been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry for over 10 years, including commercial and residential purchase, sales,
lease, finance, investment and development.

While initially choosing to pursue a career in the field of technology, I have always had an
interest in real estate. I attended California State University, Fullerton where I studied Computer Science and obtained a specialty
certificate in Computer Programming, enabling me to serve my country in the military as an IT for the United States Navy. While in school,
I was also employed as a Steel Construction Foreman developing several commercial buildings. One of my greatest projects included the Staples Center of Los Angeles, CA. Today my name appears on the wall to recognize those involved with the completion of the project.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license I purchased my first home while working in the construction industry. My experience was
unpleasant because I chose to work with an inexperienced real estate agent. Learning the hard way that experience counts for everything when dealing in real estate transactions, I decided to obtain my real estate license and learn all that I could, determined to provide the level of expertise expected from a licensed professional.

In March of 2000, I received my Real Estate license and joined the Real Estate industry. Over the last ten years I have been involved in residential rehabilitation's, residential new construction, mortgage lending, commercial development and commercial and residential
investment opportunities. It is these years of experience, along with my many available resources and connections, that contribute to my success and make me the Realtor for you.

Today I am a successful Real Estate Broker and owner of Aguilar Real Estate Associates Inc. specializing in commercial and residential real estate selling, purchasing, investment,
financing and development.
