I'm a Realtor, investor, in several LLCs that invest both in the USA and overseas. I have all the class work done for a CIPS designation (international property specialist) from NAR. I am currently working with a seller of bulk Notes, and REOs.

I also provide transitional loans for short-sales and REOs that are needed no longer than 48 hours.

I have been working with Pinnacle Commercial Group since 9-5-10. We are specialists in distressed multi-family properties of 100 units and larger. We will take the most run down disgusting, even vacant building and turn it into something you would be proud to have you mother stay in. We will take bad properties, but we want good areas. When we are done the entire neighborhood thanks us for making their neighborhood a better place.
