As NLP teaches us, with in reason anything anyone else can do we can do if the do the same things in the same way. I like Robert Woodruff and Lonnie Schruggs way of investing.

Real Estate Goals

I really see real estate goals as steps that take you from one place to another. I have a list as long as my arm but the end all total is to have a passive income big enough that when the roads are icy I don't have to drive to work, and with a cash flow so I can stay home on days that I want or go out looking for more deals when the system needs another cookie for my cookie cutter system.
